Last Days of Target: Days 6 & 7

Remember when I tried to wear Target for 7 Days and then everything happened?  Well I completed the challenge!
| Chambray Shirt | Lace Skirt | Booties | Earrings - All Target |

| Dress | Jean Jacket | Sandals | Bag | Earrings - All Target |

I concede - it's hard to wear JUST Target... but I will say that elements of Target happen to go in almost all of my outfits.  The first outfit is one of my staples (you've seen it before on the blog).  I love the whole Chambray and lace look and I love the Boho vibe the boots give the outfit.

The second outfit has some of my staple elements.  First - the jean jacket and the brown bag go with me EVERYWHERE on the weekend.  They're perfect accessories for all of my casual outfits.  The shoes are "Jack Rodgers Knock-Offs".  When I found them, I jumped because I was a sorority girl in college.  They're great mimics and I definitely fooled many people - and saved around $170.

The last picture was taken outside of our local market, which is the oldest running farmer's market in the country.  I love it and want to be there every Saturday.  Some favorite moments: Touching all of the delicious organic and locally grown produce and finding this awesome candy stand.  Love it.

7 Days in Target: Days 3 & 4

[Cardigan, Tank, Pants, & Flats - Target]

So... I have to be honest with you.  This is harder than I had thought.  Apparently I don't own a lot of Target professional wear.  So there's that.  That and I'm used to mixing and matching Target pieces with other pieces.  But I'm determined to be able to make cute outfits on a budget!

Oh, did I mention I hate how I look in dress pants?

So this is not my favorite outfit.  But I'm comfy and professional and keeping up with my deal so there's that, right?

[Blazer, T-Shirt, Skirt, & Flats - Target]

I do like this outfit.  Naturally, I love this skirt and want to wear it daily.  That and I love the blazer.  It was a definite whim purchase (me and an orange blazer... what?!) so whenever I have an outfit where I can wear it, I get super excited.

Only one more day of Target professional wear and then I get my cute weekend casual.  Hopefully I'll be struggling a little less...

7 Days in Target: Days 1 & 2

I've decided to challenge myself with the ultimate Sarah challenge - can I wear only Target for 7 days.  That means 5 days worth of "business professional" and 2 days of fun.  I love Target, and while I do not think you should solely shop there, I also want to make the point that you can find fashionable outfits that don't break the bank.  So here we go (I will have you note that I take these pictures after work, so yes, I do actually wear these clothes.. and I don't look as good after 9 hours).

Day 1:

[Dress, Tights & Flats - Target; Glasses - Warby Parker]

Okay, Okay, the glasses aren't Target, but I'm blind as a bat, I can't help it.  I think that my roommate's Great Dane, Duke, adds to the pictures.  I think I look incredibly regal, eh?  This dress is a little casual so many times I add a blazer, but I was doing some spring cleaning, so I could pull it off.

Day 2:
[Necklace, Cardigan, Tank Top, Skirt, Tights, Watch & Wedges - Target]

This is a perfect fall outfit, but what I really love about this skirt (besides being long enough to make my employer happy), is that the plaid in the skirt makes the combinations endless.  I've worn brown sweaters, navy blazers, and plum cardigans with this.  I also feel very intelligent and scholastic in this.
